Delayed..

Well. It finally happened.

Yes! It snowed in this wretched part of the world. Ok, maybe not WRETCHED, but I have to say it's still quite screwed up when it comes to the weather. It always provides a something to talk about between people and it's always interesting to know how accurate BBC and Yahoo! weather stations are. It seems that the only predictability of BBC's weather forecasts is it UNpredictability. As for this snow, both weather stations were consistent so I guess people were prepared for it.

Apparently NOT! I had a 9am lecture this morning and even after a horrid night of trying to sleep well, I woke up at 8am to attend lecture. It didn't even last 5min when a lady came into the lecture theatre announcing that my dear lecturer is "stranded" due to "adverse weather conditions". Simply amazing. But it proved to be a blessing in disguise. My friends and I took the opportunity to go to Hyde Park to have some fun in the snow. It was a good relaxation and everyone let down their hair behaving like kids again, away from the endless ending trail of tutorials and lectures.

There was something weird that I realised though. I come from a tropical country so seeing snow is definitely interesting and new. However, it seems that my caucasian counterparts seem to be excited about it too! I guess it must be very rare for snow to fall in London. The snow was so "interesting" that the whole class pissed the math lecturer off after 35min into an one hour lecture.

I didn't make it. Someone else did. I just took
credit for it. Haha!

I beat the 2 "shen-s" to this. Muahaha!

Bumped into Boris and Yvette who were on their
way to their tests and we managed to drag them
in for a quick picture! Everyone's happy that
there's snow.
